Welcome to Algo Advantage. By purchasing or using our products, courses, memberships, or software, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What We Offer
We provide educational services and products including:
- Algo Academy – paid online courses.
- Algo Collective – paid membership community.
- Software and related products – tools and code for educational purposes.
Course Access
Purchasing a course does not provide lifetime ownership or guaranteed lifetime access. We aim to keep your courses available for as long as you remain a member of Algo Advantage, but course availability can depend on our learning platform, course content, licensing arrangements, and other factors that may change over time.
We therefore guarantee access to purchased courses for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. Wherever reasonably possible, we’ll continue to provide access beyond that period.
2. Payments & Refunds
- Courses: Payment must be made in full. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and prior to viewing the module within the course which specifies “proceeding from this point means forfeiting your refund”. After that, sales are final. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Algo Advantage. You can use the contact form on the website or email [email protected].
- Memberships: Paid monthly or annually. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
- All Other Products: Software, strategy, code, research and all other product sales are final. No refunds.
3. User Conduct
Our products are community based, as such we expect our members to be polite, considerate, and respectful. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming or self-promotion
- Aggression, harassment, foul language, or offensive behaviour
- Sharing or distributing copyrighted materials
- Reverse-engineering or redistributing our software or content
- Being uncontactable by Algo Advantage
Breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including courses, software, videos, logos, and materials, are the property of Algo Advantage. You may not copy, share, or redistribute any material without our written consent. Access is granted for your personal educational use only. By purchasing our products or services you agree to abide by our Non-Disclosure Agreement, which is found here: https://www.algoadvantage.io/nda/
5. Disclaimers & Liability
Our content is educational only. We do not provide financial advice. You must read our Disclaimer before purchasing any of our products or services.
We do not accept liability for any financial loss, damages, or decisions made based on our content, products, or services. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. We are not a licensed financial institution.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership or access to our services if you breach these terms. Given the high level of fraud in the course-sales industry, we reserve the right to terminate your access if you cannot be contacted via email. Communication is deemed part of the course.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
