What's the refund policy?
Jump into the Collective for a 3-day free trial. From there you’ll be able to preview courses (some are for Core, some for Alpha, some are Premium). Premium (paid) courses come with a full 14 day money-back guarantee if it doesn’t meet your needs. We are here to collaborate & mentor, not burn you.
Is there on-going support?
We think on-going support is critical, and it also takes a great deal of time & effort to deliver properly. This is largely why we build the Algo Collective community – so that we can continue to deliver meaningful support for as long as you like. Each course has its own free community too where you can chat with others who have done the course. Naturally we will compile follow-up questions & answer them in webinars, which are subsequently added to the course material. This whole process keeps everything up to date and relevant all the time!
